On the occasion of International Yoga Day presented by Nike, Mandalaki was invited to operate in the Quadrilateral Square of the Hotel Portrait Milano, inside the former Archbishop's Seminary, with a light installation using Halo Edition optical bodies.

Crossing the majestic Baroque portal at Corso Venezia 11, visitors are greeted by an oasis of privacy, silence and timeless elegance in which a symphony of light and color transforms the environment into a unique and emotional place.

Mandalaki's installation, which uses a series of specially designed Halo Giga outdoors, focuses on the green flower beds in the square, transforming them into enchanted gardens. The stems, elegant and essential, fit harmoniously into the natural environment, making their presence invisible during the day but releasing their golden magic during the night hours: light gently diffuses among the plants and trees, highlighting their shapes and textures, creating suggestive plays of shadows that are harmoniously interwoven with the architectural elements of the hotel, merging art with the surrounding space.

While contemplating the light installation, one is invited to redefine our understanding of the boundaries between perception and reality, in which new dimensions beyond the tangible are declined, transforming the space into a dreamlike place.

This installation is capable of transforming an outdoor space into a place of wonder and beauty, thus becoming a central element in the experience of guests and its visitors.
